What to do
If feeling blue.
I will tell you.

Take a walk in the park,
before it is dark.
Take a look at the trees,
as they dance in the breeze.
Listen to the birds,
they do not need words.
Let go of each fear,
hold onto what's dear.
Let your heart sing.
You are amazing.

It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing. We bring our body into harmony while we wash the dishes, drive the car or take our morning shower.
