There was no bread this morning,
So I had scrambled eggs.

The buses weren't running,
So I walked to work.
The coffee machine was broken,
So I had a herbal tea.
I had to move desks,
Now I have a new friend.
My boss asked to see me,
She gave me a bonus.
My dinner date cancelled,
I watched my favourite movie.
Now it's time for bed,
What a lovely day !
