Are there things that you want to be doing, but you just can't find the time?
Do you feel that you are using up all your time with work and family or other commitments? Do you feel that you don't have any time to do what you really want to do?
It is so easy to have all your time taken up with either work or family or both.
It can be very hard justifying doing something that is purely for your own amusement. Well I would like to suggest that it is incredibly important that you do make the time to do what is important to you, and to you alone.
Frustration due to feeling that you are just working all the time or running errands, can be quite damaging to your health. Everyone needs a creative outlet or a sporting or recreational activity of some sort. It is vital for peace of mind and for your emotional well being.
I am suggesting that it is crucial for you to be selfish from time to time and to pursue your own heart felt desire.
And the more time you are able to give to your own pursuit, the happier and more fulfilled you will be. You will be happy and so will your family.
So please be selfish from time to time and everyone especially you will benefit.
