We may wish for many things in life,  but surely the most important wish is for us to be at Peace.

Allow me to suggest that you put this on the top of your list of priorities.
Because, when you are at Peace all your other 'priorities' simply fade away.
It may seem obvious to some, but to many it isn't.
So please allow yourself time to contemplate being at Peace.
Give yourself the love and respect that you so deserve.
Allow Peace to come into your life,
and your life will be transformed.

It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing. We bring our body into harmony while we wash the dishes, drive the car or take our morning shower.
