"At the next junction, turn left."

"Go one and a half miles to roundabout."
"Take the second exit."
"Go two miles and pull over at the lay-by."
"Stop, get out and look at the amazing view."
"Take several deep long breaths and smile."
"Everything is good."
"Get back into the car, play some music and enjoy the view."
"This is amazing!"
"Now have a nap."
"There is no hurry. "
"You have already arrived at your destination."

Thich Nhat Hanh

Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment.
It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing. We bring our body into harmony while we wash the dishes, drive the car or take our morning shower.
