We are all tested,
maybe daily, weekly
or monthly?

We must be aware.
When a test arrives,
smile and be grateful.
Each test shows us
our strength.
It is there to help us.
It will make us stronger.
It will help us be present.
It will help us fully appreciate
our own ability.
A test is best.
Now have a rest.

Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. 
It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing. We bring our body into harmony while we wash the dishes, drive the car or take our morning shower.
