Everything will unfold beautifully and naturally at a gentle pace. There is no need to force or rush anything.

When you are certain in your mind about what needs to happen, just allow your thoughts to form a clear picture. Strongly visualise what will happen and then simply watch as circumstances and events arise that will help make your dream into a reality.
You may not have a plan as yet, but that isn't a problem.
The most important thing is to concentrate on where you want to go and what you want to achieve.
Give as much attention to your dream as you possibly can. Think of it as a garden that needs watering and tender loving care each day.
The more attention you can give to where you want to be, the more successful will be the outcome.
Fill your daily thoughts and activities with anything that could help you on your journey. Discuss your dream with friends and family. Have them become involved. Not only will they wish to help you, but you will also be helping and inspiring them to follow their own dream.

The more time you spend thinking about and talking about your dream, the more real it becomes.

Your dream may simply require you making time and space for it to arise. Perhaps you have always wished to write or paint, but just haven't got around to it. I would suggest that this is quite straightforward and simply requires that you make a weekly commitment of time. Block out chunks of time in your diary as if you were seeing a friend or going to a movie, but in fact it will be time for you and your dream.
Make a commitment to yourself and the job is done.

However, if your dream requires help or support from others then you may need to make new connections.
My firm belief is that if your are strongly visualising what you wish to do, you create a vibration that will attract the people you need who will help you. You will be very pleasantly surprised. This is known as the Law of Attraction.

There is a well known Buddhist proverb, "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear."
You have to believe in your dream if you wish for others to help you.

To make true your dream,
bring together a team.

The right people will appear when you are ready.

Find people who are doing what you want to do and talk to them, don't be shy. Most people will happily want to help you. The trick is always just to ask for advice and for the benefit of their experience, nothing more. People generally welcome the opportunity to talk about themselves and to have someone listen to their story.
Start right at the top, who do you most admire? Find their e-mail address and drop them a short letter.
Just do it.
And if they can't help you hopefully they will recommend someone who can.

We all have dreams, but sadly so many of us neglect them. By neglecting our dreams we are neglecting ourselves.

We aren't just here to get by and to simply survive, plants and animals do that. We are so much more.
It is up to you to make that extra effort and bring your dream to life. And don't ever give up on your dream. as soon as you believe in your dream, it will only be a matter of time before it becomes very real.

Visualise your dream.

Believe in dreams.

Find Your Poem

Thich Nhat Hanh

Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment.
It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing. We bring our body into harmony while we wash the dishes, drive the car or take our morning shower.
