Today is a new day,
absolutely fresh.

Do something different today.

Perhaps you might do something you have never done before?
Is there something quite simple that you have always wanted to do?
Then why not do it today?
Change your plans and see a friend you haven't seen in a long time.
Go to the zoo.
Go to a gallery or museum.
Take the day off.
Be spontaneous.

Write a list of 10 things you would like to do and pin it up in your bedroom,
and every now and then have a spontaneous day.

You are special, you deserve it.

Be spontaneous today.
